Permanent:
A permanent member shall be at least twenty-one (21) years old and the older of a certificate of permanent membership. This class of membership is limited to a total of no more than three hundred (300) individuals and is the only classification with voting privileges. Each permanent member shall have full use of all the facilities of the Club including the golf course.
Intermediate:
Intermediate members shall be designated as Intermediate Member I, a person who is at least thirty-one (31) but less than thirty-nine (39); and Intermediate Member II, a person who is at least twenty-one (21) but less than thirty-one (31) years old. Total intermediate membership shall not exceed 115 persons. Intermediate members shall have full use of all the facilities of the Club, including the golf course.
Corporate Member:
A corporate member shall be entitled, from time to time, to submit for Board of Director's approval the names of from one to four designees of the corporate member's firm to have use of all the facilities of the club. Designees are charged dues and fees at the same rate level as permanent members but have no voting rights and hold no certificate of permanent membership. The corporate member may change designees from time to time by submitting the name of the designee to be resigned from membership and submitting the name of a new potential designee for Board approval along with payment of a change-of-designee fee, as determined by the Board from time to time. Each firm holding a corporate membership is responsible for all charges incurred by their corporate designees. The Board of Directors, in its discretion, may authorize up to six (6) Corporate Memberships for firms approved by the Board of Directors. Total aggregate number designees of all corporate members shall not exceed twenty (20) designees.
Social Member:
A social member shall be a person who is at least twenty-one (21) years old. Social members shall have full use of the facilities of the Club and only such limited golf privileges as are set forth in the golf course rules and regulations established by the Board of Directors.
House Member:
A house member shall be a person who is at least twenty-one (21) years old. House members will be entitled to use all dining facilities and attend club sponsored social functions. A house membership allows use of the club's golf facilities and swimming facilities only as an accompanied guest of a member and upon payment of the appropriate guest-of-member fee by the authorized member. Use of the golf facilities and swimming facilities is limited to a combined maximum of six (6) times per year.
Intermediate Social Member:
An intermediate social member shall be a person who is at least twenty-one (21) years old but less than thirty-five (35) years old. An intermediate social member shall have full use of the facilities of the Club except the golf course.
Interim:
Interim members shall be a person who is at least twenty-one (21) years old, who has not previously held an interim membership. Total interim membership shall be subject to Board determination but shall not at any time exceed fifty (50) persons. Interim members are charged dues and fees at a rate equal to the total dues, fees and assessments paid by permanent members but have no voting rights, and hold no certificate of permanent membership. The term of this membership is limited to twelve (12) calendar months or one (1) year. Any initiation fee paid by the interim member shall be credited toward permanent membership, if available and subject to customary membership approval procedures of the Board of Directors, not later than thirty (30) days of the expiration of the interim membership. Initiation fees previously paid shall not be credited toward the initiation fees of any other category of membership nor after thirty (30) days. Interim members shall have full use of all the facilities of the Club, including the golf course subject to such rules and policies as may be applicable to such membership.
